Compliance Considerations on Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA)

Date:  Thursday, May 17, 2018

Time:  12:00 PM – 01:15 PM EST

Last August, President Trump signed the Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA) into law. It’s broad provisions imposed sweeping new sanctions on Russia, Iran and North Korea. Though many of these sanctions are yet to be implemented, CAATSA presents significant new compliance risks for both U.S. and non-U.S. companies conducting business with the above countries, namely – Russia.

In this SanctionsAlert.com webinar, our experts will talk you through the potential pitfalls and main compliance issues that could arise when confronted with CAATSA and how to protect your business from any associated risks.
